We offer two primary lines of products:
Our OEM Replacment parts catalog is a live inventory feed to several warehouses. If an item comes back in your search, the item is IN STOCK, and will be shipped the same day as the order.
Shipping Cutoff Times - All orders placed by 6:30 PM Eastern, 5:30 PM Central, 3:30 PM Pacific are guaranteed to ship same day. We typically get orders placed for the next 15 minutes after this cutoff as well, but it just depends on the load of the day.
The shipments for the OEM products come out of the West Coast in several warehouses. Typical delivery time in CA is next day to 2 days, while shipment to the East Coast via GROUND is 5 business days (meaning if ordered on Monday, you would recieve it the following Monday). We do offer expedited shipping from Priority Next day AM, 2 Day, as well as 3 Day Express Saver.
If an item is URGENT, please note so in your order. We will do our best to upgrade shipping on items where we can do so to meet your deadlines.
We work very hard at maintaining an up to date system, however mistakes do happen and we cannot guarantee any availability until the order is packed and shipped.
Our Performance Parts Catalog products are sourced from suppliers, manufacturers and distributors across the country. Most of these items will take 1-3 days to ship out and are not subject to the same shipping policies as the OEM Replacement parts. If you are concerned about the timing of a performance product, please contact us and we will work with you to get the part as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
We do ship internationally from our web site. All international shipments typically take an extra 1-2 days before the parts will depart. There is significant work involved with preparing all the international shipping documents, and gathering all the parts into one central warehouse for shipment. Our International Shipments are all done with USPS Priority Shipping. We will NOT Ship Fedex / UPS internationally.
Alternate Shipping Options
We are frequently asked if we can ship with your own supplied FEDEX / UPS number. Sorry, at this time, we are not setup to do this. We also cannot ship COD.
