Return Policy

BimmerPower works hard to keep our return rate low, but unfortunately sometimes parts just need to be returned for a variety of reasons.   We will work with you to ensure that we do our best to make the return process as painless as possible.

General Returns

  • Part was determined to not be needed
  • Part was defective
  • Part was incorrect - Does not fit my car

Part was not needed:

A general restocking fee of 15% on the part is charged for returned parts.   Shipping and Handling is not refundable.   Please request an RMA by emailing us at admin@bimmerpower.com  with your order number and part information.  We will provide you with an RMA number and shipping instructions.   Please email us back with tracking information.  Once recieved, we will refund your purchase less the restock fee.

Part was defective:

Should you recieve a part that is defective, please first have the part tested to ensure it is the part that is defective and not a related system ( ie - Mass Air Flow sensors.. dont just rely on the code from the system.  The code can be caused by many items.  Do an actual test on the MAF )     Once it is determined that the part is defective, contact us for a warranty claim.   We warrant most parts for 12 months, 12K miles (whichever is first)   We will work with you to swap out the parts.

Part was incorrect - Wrong fitment:

We do our best to ensure each part fits the cars we list.  Unfortunately, we can only be as good as the lists provided by the Auto Manufacturers as well as the cross references from the manufacturers.   If there is a fitment issue, contact us with full information surrouding your purchase and car.  ( IE - VIN, Model, Year Engine ).  Many times this is caused by simple things.   Many parts are also changed mid-model year and we do our best to explain this succicntly in the catalog, however this can also be confusing.   We will again work with your to swap out the part for the correct one.
