The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, or New York, at the election of the claiming party. Either party may seek equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
