We cannot accept any unauthorized returns. To request an authorization for a return, please email, call, or write us regarding problems with an order, or for return authorization. All notification must happen within 4 days after reciept of shipment for any shortage, wrong parts, concealed damage etc. All sales on USED MERCHANDISE IS FINAL, and cannot be returned. For new merchandise, all returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice or pickpack, and be unused, resalable, and still in the original, undamaged package. Parts must be in original, undamaged, uninstalled state. Parts in a sealed container must have seal intact. Special Ordered parts cannot be returned for any reason. There are NO RETURNS on ELECTRICAL PARTS . ( including ECU's, Air Flow Meters, Relays, Light Bulbs etc )
There are NO Returns on sheet metal ( ie- Body Parts ). Most body parts when purchased frequently need addl preparation as we rarely recieve parts from the distributer that are in perfect condition. We are not equipped to properly prepare/repair these parts. Many oversize parts ( ie - Hoods ) cannot be shipped as they WILL result in damage. Shipments not meeting these requirements will be returned to sender. A Minimum restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returns resulting from customer error. A 15% restocking fee also applies to any shipments refused for delivery by recipient, or for improper / undeliverable addresses.
Defective items will be replace or credited. However, we will not guarantee parts which became defective due to improper installation or if they are used in any other manner not intended by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for ANY return shipment fees. Please bear in mind that heavy / large items are expensive to ship, and that should be taken into account if you are unsure about a particular part. NOTE* The only exception here is for those instances where the return/exchange is the result of an error on our part. ( ie, you ordered a left side, and recieved a right side etc )
